Sur-Rons and Talarias from BR8 driveways

In Swanley and Hextable the machine for sale is often a Sur-Ron or a Talaria. Standard or modified, they get a price. A tuned Talaria XXX, also sold as the X3, still gets a fair figure. Frame numbers must match the paperwork. If it's been ground off, we won't buy.

Most Sur-Ron, Talaria, Stark Varg and E Ride Pro models are not road legal. They're for private land with the landowner's permission, and tracks. We never suggest riding a non-road-legal bike on public roads.

Hextable nurseries and the Darent valley

Hextable was once famous for horticulture. Swanley Horticultural College was founded there in 1889, and nurseries still surround the village.

A few minutes east the Darent valley feels like proper countryside: Lullingstone Castle and the Roman villa sit beside the river, and the railway viaduct strides across the valley at Eynsford. Paddocks round Farningham and Horton Kirby use compact UTVs and quads for muck and fencing. A CFMOTO from a Farningham paddock is exactly our kind of purchase.

The Swanley interchange and the B2173

The M25 and M20 meet at the Swanley interchange, so whichever way we come from we're close. From junction 3 the B2173 takes us into town, and the A20 runs past to Farningham with Dartford to the north and Sevenoaks to the south.
